My life experiences. The good, the bad and the ugly.
All of these experiences have made me this version of who I am today. Grateful for the challenges. Grateful for all the blessings I have received. Grateful for my children, they have been my biggest teachers of unconditional love. Grateful for my granddaughter, grateful I get to share her sweet, loving spirit in this lifetime.

4. Is what you are doing now what you have always wanted to do?
Yes I have always loved creating and expressing myself. Grateful for the art I get to create and share with the world. Grateful for the beautiful people that love and appreciate my art expression.

I do not create art to win prizes but it was a pleasure to be recognised and acknowledged.

8. What keeps you centred and connected to Self?
Making the choice to be centred in myself. Sitting in the seat of my soul. Choosing myself.
I ground my energy every day. I like to go for a bush walk, be in the bush, listen to the birds, wind and trees, my bare feet on the ground. Connect to our mother earth like our ancestors did.

Grounding gives me balance throughout my day.

Experiencing new people and cultures, enjoying the traditional food, relaxing by the pool or on the beach, adventure and just being present in a new country.

My style has changed over the years. The more I love myself, the more I want to adorn myself with beautiful goddess clothes! Clothes that make ME feel beautiful.
